Watch real football matches, reconstructed in 3D
FANROOM turns real match data into a watchable 3D broadcast — live while the game is being played, and as a full replay afterwards. Every match you see on FANROOM happened: the score, the goals, the cards, the substitutions and the flow of the game are driven by real data collected from the stadium.
WHAT IS REAL
- Ball coordinates — the ball's path across the pitch follows hundreds of real recorded positions per match, so the territory, direction of play and momentum you see are the real game's.
- Ball possession — each team's share of the ball matches the official match statistic. If a side had 70% possession, that is how the match plays on FANROOM.
- Goals, cards, substitutions, VAR — real events, at the real minute, with the real player names.
- Line-ups — the actual starting elevens, shirt numbers, formations and bench, published before kick-off.
- Commentary — the live text feed of the actual match, synchronised to the action.
WHAT IS RECONSTRUCTED
No data feed records all twenty-two players' every step, so FANROOM's engine reconstructs the connective tissue between the real events — and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise:
- Player positioning between events is simulated: players hold realistic formation shapes and press, cover and support based on positional models built from historical football data — but their exact runs are our reconstruction, not a recording.
- Routine touches — for ordinary passes and clearances in open play, the player shown making the touch is chosen by position, which means the name on a routine action can be our best positional estimate rather than a recorded fact.
- Key actions are the exception: goals, assists, cards, substitutions, penalties and shots reported in the feed carry the accurately named players.
